Prestige First Aid Training Course Terms and Conditions

1. Payment - Full payment of the course must be made prior to the course date. Payment to be made by cheque or BACS transfer. Course Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and when payment has been received.

2. Course fees include tuition, assessment and certificates (where applicable). Booklets will be provided on selected courses. Refreshments will be provided on ‘open courses’. Delegates are responsible for lunch and travel expenses.

3. Cancellations for ‘Open’ Courses: Refunds will only be given where a minimum of 7 days’ notice is given. This must be done via email. A 25% administration charge will be applicable. If less than 7 days notice is given the full course fee will still apply.

4. Cancellations for ‘In-House’ Courses: If less than 10 days notice is given the full course fee will be applicable. If 10 – 21 days notice is given 40% of the full course fee is applicable. More than 21 days notice no charge will be applicable.

5. Failure to attend a course – the full fee course will be applicable.

6. Course transfers will only be provided where a minimum of 3 days notice is given prior to the start of the course date, and where a suitable alternative is available.

7. Delegate’s responsibility -  to ensure the course chosen meets their requirements. Delegates must be eligible to complete the booked course and physically capable of completing any practical elements.

8. Timings - Delegates must adhere to the start and finish times of the course. Failure to do so may lead to removal from the course. ( This is at the discretion of the Instructor)

9. Prestige First Aid training cannot be held responsible for extenuating circumstances that are beyond their control and which result in a change to the course time, the venue or re-scheduling.

10. Behaviour -Delegates are to demonstrate suitable behaviour and conduct towards the Instructor and fellow learners. Prestige First Aid training reserve the right to remove any individual from the course in the event of such a breach. In this instance no refund or remuneration will be offered.

11. Health and Safety - Delegates  must observe the regulations laid down by Prestige First Aid training.

12. Course content is delivered in good faith to be the most up-to-date and accurate information at the time of the course. Course content is not a substitute for medical advice from a professional, and Prestige First Aid training cannot be responsible for any diagnosis made by a delegate based on the course content. Consult your GP if you are concerned regarding your health.

13. Prestige First Aid Training reserve the right to decline applications.
